Hydrophilic Grout absorbs and retains water molecules allowing the grout to expand into and replace water that may be present in finer cracks and throughout a wall that a main crack occupies.
Hydrophobic Grout repels water and resists moving toward wet areas, oftentimes used to stabilize soil.
